One parched heat stroked moment in the Arizona desert near Sedona; I had a vision in a dehydrated delusional moment. I thought, “If I only had a little skinner I would dispatch that Javelina (desert pig) and have a BBQ. Never to be without the means to fetch BBQ again I designed this Skinner and made it tough. The first thing you will notice about this knife is the weight and thickness of the blade.  It is polished to a satin finish and has a false upper edge. – Doug Metzger
